When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and (when provided) phone number. Payment details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page — we never see or store your card number.
We use your information to process and ship your order, communicate with you about your order (including via WhatsApp when you contact us), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Order and support communication may be handled over WhatsApp. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
