These Terms of Service govern your purchases from Get Me Today, operated by ECO IDEA LLC. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & payment

All orders are processed and paid for securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75; a flat shipping rate applies otherwise. Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or similar reasons. We only accept a return or offer a refund/replacement when an item arrives damaged or not working, under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
You must provide photo and/or video proof of the damage or defect when you contact us.
If these conditions are not met, we are unable to offer a return, replacement, or refund.

Digital products (instant-download items) are delivered electronically and are final sale — no returns or refunds under any circumstances, as the product is accessed immediately upon purchase.

To start a damage claim, contact us on WhatsApp or email info.ecoideahub@gmail.com with your order number, photos/video, and a description of the issue.
